What A Week!!!

There has been a lot going on at the Serra household this week! Tony was traveling for a couple of days, so the children & I had some visitors (Grandma Carrie, Papa, & Aunt Janice) who helped us pass the time! As if the night couldn't get any better, she was given a new pair of Elmo pajamas for Valentine's Day from Grandma & Papa. She can't get enough of Elmo!!! Aunt Janice brought her pet hamster to visit with her. For some reason the hamster's name is Puppy - hmmm...(your guess is as good as mine). But thanks to Grandma Carrie, Olivia now understands that it is a "mouse", but we call it Puppy. Amazing the things they understand. To say the least, the children could not get enough of the hamster - especially Anthony!!!

Olivia had a fun/crazy week at preschool. Each day was a different theme. Thursday happened to be "Crazy Day". It couldn't have been more perfect that Aunt Janice had stayed at our house!!! I think if Olivia had her way, they would all move in...Just ask her, she'll tell you.

As for Anthony - he's our steady eddy. He is along for the ride and enjoys the activity that follows his sister around the house. Within the last week, he has realized that when she is upset - LEAVE HER ALONE. Trust us, she tells him...:) He is continuously walking everywhere - there isn't anywhere he can't go. He loves to put things away, eat, play in the kitchen cupboards, read some books, vacuum, and eat. We really can't complain, he is such a good boy.

Even though our family didn't manage to send Valentine's Day cards out this year, we hope that everyone had a wonderful day and a peaceful weekend!
