Painting Our Pumpkins

Since I couldn't bring myself to let the children "carve" their pumpkins with knives, we let them paint them.  I think they had a wonderful time.  Thank goodness for washable Crayola paints.  Olivia my little artist, took much time to be sure that she had just the right colors for her pumpkin.  There isn't much of it that was left "uninspired".

athony enjoyed putting the kitty pieces on it and then "trying" them out.  Everything has a tast, right?  He likes to look at his pumpkin and remind us that he decorated it as a kitty cat.  They grow up much too fast.

If you're wondering - this is Ginger.  She is very much still a puppy!  Doesn't she look like a cartoon character?!  She is getting better and better - we'll get there :)
